Remarks: Yes, we know it's elitist of us to name only some of the sides involved, but hey, there's not enough space to give every country its own selection, so we had to draw the line somewhere. That line is defined by the top nine teams in the FIFA world rankings as updated February 3. Do leave a comment if you want to make a case for a dark horse, a surprise package etc etc...
